Please send me an email with detailed information and ideas about your design requirements or just fill out this questionnaire and I will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
In the next step, we will discuss the details of texts, paper, printing technique, finishing, number of pieces, fonts, your time schedule and budget as well as possible extras. The more information I get from you, the more accurate the quote I create for you will be. Feel free to send me your Pinterest mood boards or collected inspirations if you want me to incorporate your ideas into the design.
As soon as I have all the information I need, I will provide you with a non-binding quote for the estimated costs and set a delivery date. After you have approved the offer and placed the order, 50% of the total price must be transferred (valid only for projects over 2,000 euros, otherwise it is 100% prepayment). Once the deposit has been received, the design process begins. For a better calculation, I recommend you have a look at some pricing examples beforehand.
Then I will get to work. Once I have finished a design, I will send you a file for you to review and approve. Two review cycles are included in the price.
After the designs have been approved, the printing process begins. Please make sure to have at least one other person proofread the PDF file so that no spelling mistakes creep in and get printed. Unfortunately no more changes are possible, once you have released the design.
As soon as your stationery has been printed and arrived at our studio, it will be checked once again for quality & quantity and (if desired and booked in advance) be assembled, packed and sent to you.
