How it works
INQUIRY
Please send me an email with detailed information about your desired collection, the number of guests & which items you would like to order. Alternatively, you can fill out this questionnaire and I will get in touch with you within seven days.
DETAILS
In the next step, we will discuss all important details and decide on a printing technique; after that I will provide you with a final quote. For better budget planning and to get an impression of the price differences of individual printing techniques, I recommend you have a look at the following pricing examples.
OFFER
As soon as I have all the information I need, I will provide you with a non-binding quote for the estimated costs and set a delivery date. After you have approved the offer and placed the order, 50 % of the total price must be transferred (valid only for projects over 2,000 euros, otherwise it is 100% prepayment). Once the deposit has been received, the design process begins.
DESIGN PROCESS
After I have received your texts, I will get to work. Once I have personalized your collection, I will send you a PDF file of the design for you to review and approve. The design process usually takes 7-14 days. One review cycle is included in the price. Unfortunately, adjustments in the design can only be made to a limited extent. Please contact me to see what is possible.
After the designs have been approved, the printing process begins. Please have at least one other person review the PDF file, so that no spelling errors creep in and get printed. Unfortunately, no more changes are possible, once you have released the design. Now, the remaining 50% of the total price must be transferred. As soon as the money has been received, the printing process will start.
ALL READY & DONE
As soon as your stationery has been printed and arrived at our studio, it will be checked once again for quality & quantity and (if desired and booked in advance) be assembled and sent to you.
